Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Luggage

  Place the unused item back in its original box with all protective packaging and hangtags intact to ensure safe transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of the carton, covering any old shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
